Nelly's  story

 Nelly the small caterpillar is sad because she feels small and ugly.Then Crick the cricket,Annie the ant and Speedy the spider become friends with her and now Nelly isn't sad any more.

The next day Nelly and her friends are having a picnic under the tree.Nelly is very hungry.She eats through one pear,two strawberries,three cakes,four carrots,five tomatoes,six cherries,seven sweets,eight chips,nine cookies and ten green beans.She isn't hungry now.She says goodbye and goes home to sleep.

The next morning her friends are under the tree waiting for Nelly.They don't know where she is and they are worried.

Suddenly a beautiful butterfly flies up to them.She says,'hello my friends,I'm Nelly'.Her friends are very happy for her and they all sing together.
